Villa Mimosa is conveniently located in the west-central Algarve just a few minutes away from both the coast at Alvor and the mountains at Monchique. Also nearby is the coastal town of Portimao and the pretty mountain town of Silves.

With excellent access to the motorway, most areas of the Algarve can be easily reached within an hour whilst the Portuguese capital of Lisbon is only two hours away and makes for an excellent day out.

The village of Alcalar has two excellent restaurants and bars and a local shop - all of which are easily reached on foot from the villa. Further down the road is the town of Alvor - packed with shops and cafes by day and a multitude of restaurants and bars by night...
